Discover the Best Neighbourhoods to Live in Barcelona with Us!

Still deciding where to live in Barcelona? While choosing where to settle in a new city can be exciting, it can also be overwhelming. To help you, we have compiled a list of neighbourhoods where you can find accommodation with us, complete with insider tips from locals.

One of Barcelona's most iconic districts, L'Eixample is perfect for architecture lovers who want everything within walking distance.

Our Barcelona, Amsterdam and Charlottesville apartments, located on Carrer Rocafort, Carrer Muntaner and Carrer de Aribau, respectively, are ideally connected to the rest of the city via public transport. They’re also close to language schools, universities, excellent coffee shops, bars and more.

In this district, you won't need to travel long distances as everything you need is right here. There are cafés and terraces to enjoy the sunshine, lively nightlife, convenient supermarkets and even Barcelona’s dedicated LGBTQ+ area, offering an inclusive and welcoming experience.

Sant Antoni is a neighbourhood where you can enjoy brunch spots, welcoming coffee shops, sunny terraces and lively yet affordable accommodation in the city centre.

Our apartments in this area are just a short walk from Plaça Espanya and right next to the Rocafort L1 metro stop, making it easy to reach the city centre and the airport quickly.

Each apartment features four bedrooms, offering the perfect balance of private space and spacious common areas to share.

This location is ideal for students learning Spanish, especially those enrolled in one of our partner schools, such as Speakeasy BCN Language School or World Class Barcelona. It's the perfect setup for having both accommodation and language courses in one convenient, walkable area of Barcelona.

Another of Barcelona’s most iconic districts, Barceloneta is the perfect place for beach lovers to soak up the Mediterranean charm.

Here, you’ll find our Los Angeles and Auckland apartments, located on Carrer Sant Carles and Carrer Carbonell, respectively. Both are three-bedroom apartments nestled in one of the city's most traditional neighbourhoods. You can enjoy a lively local atmosphere, fresh products from the neighbourhood market, and sunny terraces that are perfect for enjoying a drink.

Just a short walk from Barceloneta L4 metro stop, you'll have easy access to the rest of the city.

Home to FC Barcelona’s legendary Camp Nou stadium, Les Corts is a neighbourhood offering a relaxed yet well-connected city experience.

Located on Travessera de les Corts, our Liverpool apartment features five shared bedrooms, spacious communal areas and two full bathrooms — perfect for practical, comfortable living.

This location is ideal for those who enjoy a calm, residential atmosphere, with everyday conveniences like the Mercadona supermarket just steps away. Meanwhile, the Les Corts L3 metro stop is just minutes away, providing easy access to the city centre.

El Clot is a relaxed, traditional and well-connected neighbourhood in the Sant Martí district.

Here, you'll find our Live Further building on Carrer Sant Joan de Malta — a vibrant community with a rooftop space exclusively for tenants to enjoy a young, international and open experience of the city.

We also offer El Paraíso apartment on Carrer Escultors Claperós, featuring five rooms and three bathrooms with beautiful views of Parc del Clot.

This location offers the best of both worlds: you're just a short, scenic walk from the beach through El Poblenou, with a nearby Mercadona for your daily groceries and the Glòries shopping centre for retail and dining. Not to mention several local parks for relaxing outdoors.

Another of Barcelona’s most popular neighbourhoods, Gràcia is young, artistic and vintage-friendly. It is also very walkable, and is a place that makes everyone fall in love.

Our apartments, Vancouver and Helsinki, are located on Travessera del Dalt, just a short walk from Lesseps L3 metro station, giving you easy access to the rest of the city.

But the real charm lies in the neighbourhood itself. It is one of the city’s most traditional areas, full of hidden gems and picturesque squares where you can stroll, relax on a terrace with a drink or explore the many vintage shops for a stylish makeover.
